Use in the browser

Requirements

Browser

signoSign/Universal can be used directly in HTML5-capable browsers without additional installation or configuration. Both desktop and mobile browsers are supported.

The following browsers are recommended and are part of the product tests:

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Google Chrome

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Safari

User access

Authentication is required to use the application. As a rule, authentication is carried out using a user name and password.

Own operation (on-premises)

In the case of in-house operation (on-premises), the user accesses must be created on the server side. The login data is usually maintained by the system administrator.

If signoSign/Universal is operated on a separate server, the administrator is responsible for the access data, availability and configuration and is the contact person for any queries.

Cloud (SaaS)

Cloud customers (SaaS) require user access for the cloud application. In particular, the access data can be used to log in to the Document Pool.

A free test account (30 days) can be created via the product website. At the end of the test phase, access must be purchased and enabled.
