Deactivate, favorite and rename functions
In the following areas, you have the option of deactivating individual functions or setting them as favorites and changing the display name of the function. The following options can be configured for each of the listed functions:
Option | Description |
---|---|
Function available | Configures whether the function is available. Activated: The function is active and can be used via the menu or a key combination. Deactivated: The function is deactivated and cannot be used. It is hidden in the menu and is no longer available via the key combination. |
Show in the “favorites” ribbon | Configures whether the function should be displayed in an additional “favorites” ribbon. The “favorites” tab is only displayed if at least one function has been defined as a favorite. By combining the option to hide other tabs, you can reduce the displayed functions to a desired minimum. |
User-defined text | Configures a user-defined text for the function. This text is used in the user interface as the display name for the function. With this option, functions can be renamed as desired in order to adapt the wording to your own processes. The “archive” button could be renamed “conclude contract,” for example. |
