Status bar (footer)
The status bar is located at the bottom of signoSign/2 and contains information about the displayed document.
The following information is displayed:
Information | Description |
---|---|
Page | Shows the current page number and the total number of pages in the document, e.g. “Page 6 / 9.” Double-click the page number to call the “go to page…” function. |
Page format | Displays the page format of the first page of the document in mm, e.g. “Page format: 210 x 297 mm,” which corresponds to a DIN A4 page in portrait format. |
Signed signature fields | Shows the number of signed and existing signature fields in the entire document, e.g. “Signed signature fields: 1 / 3” if one of a total of three signature fields is signed in the current document. |
On current page | Shows the number of signed and existing signature fields on the current page, e.g. “Signed signature fields: 0 / 1” if none of the signature fields on the current page are signed. |
Document type | Shows which settings from the document types are used for the current document. If no specific document type has been configured or recognized, the default settings from the document type “all other documents” are loaded. |
License information | Notes and warnings about the license can be displayed in the footer, e.g. if the demo mode is active (no license is being used) or the license server cannot be reached. Double-click the license notice to open the license dialog. |
