Overview
The signotec signoSign/Universal app for Nextcloud allows you to edit and sign PDF documents directly from the Nextcloud file overview using signoSign/Universal, or send them to external recipients for remote signing.
The integration supports two signature workflows:

Local signing – The logged-in user opens the document in signoSign/Universal and signs it themselves (e.g., using a signature pad).

Send a remote signature – The document is forwarded to an external email address for remote signing. The recipient signs via a secure link without needing a signoSign or Nextcloud account.
Once the signing process is complete, the signed document is automatically saved to Nextcloud and replaces the original file.
