Resubmission
In the “resubmission” area, default values for the resubmission of files can be configured individually for each document type.
To be able to use this area and the functions, the resubmission must be activated in the global settings.
General
The “general” section contains the following options.
Option | Description |
---|---|
Use resubmission | Defines whether resubmission should be used for this document type. Activated: Resubmission is activated for this document type. Documents can therefore be stored in the resubmission. Deactivated: Resubmission is deactivated for this document type. Documents can therefore not be stored in the resubmission. The corresponding functions are deactivated (grayed out). Default: Activated |
Name of document | Defines the name with which the document is to be saved in the resubmission. The desired file name can be entered manually. Variables and placeholders are also available via the “+” icon next to the text field. Default: %orgFileName% |

Activated: The document is automatically filed in the resubmission immediately after opening Deactivated: The document is not automatically stored in the resubmission. Default: Deactivated |
Delete source file after storing in the resubmission | Defines whether the source file of the opened document should be deleted after it has been stored in the resubmission. Activated: The source file is deleted when it is stored in the resubmission. Deactivated: The source file is not deleted when it is stored in the resubmission. Default: Activated |
Close document after manual filing in the resubmission | Defines whether the document should be closed after manual storage in the resubmission. Activated: When saving manually in the resubmission via the tools, the document is closed. Deactivated: The document is not automatically closed if it has been saved in the resubmission. This option is only effective if the document is saved manually in the resubmission. If this option and the “save document to resubmission after opening” option are activated, the document is saved in the resubmission after opening, but not closed. Default: Activated |
Send e-mail after saving in the resubmission | Defines whether an e-mail should be sent when saving in the resubmission. Activated: An e-mail is sent when the document is saved in the resubmission.
