Placeholders and variables

signoSign/2 provides various placeholders and variables that can be used at various points, e.g. when saving, archiving or sending a document.

The following table contains an overview of all available placeholders:

The “X” must be replaced by an integer indicating the number of digits in the random number. “%random4%” results in 1896, for example

Current timestamp, user-defined format

The “X” must be replaced by the desired format, e.g. %dateTimedd.MM.yyyy% for 12.04.1896

%docTypeName%

Name of the document type


%domainuser%

User name in the domain

Only available when using a domain.

The domain user can only be determined if there is an active connection to the domain. The software saves the last known name for each user . However, there must have been a connection to the domain at some point.

%docTypeIndexFile%

Content of the document type index file

Only available within the main index file .

The following placeholders are available for selection when using the DATEVconnect plug-in .
