Connect the pad
The device has a removable USB Y-cable with two standard USB Type A plugs and
one Micro-USB plug. The cable is generally used for data transfer and
to power the device. Connect this plug to a free USB port of the computer. Alternatively, the USB power supply unit can be used in order to use only one USB port.
Please remove the protective film from the device’s display before using it.
Configuring the display
Please use the computer’s monitor settings and the signotec Pen Display Manager to configure the display, as described in the following section.
Troubleshooting
In an initial error analysis, the following points can be examined:
Ensure that all specified drivers have been installed correctly.
Ensure that the cable of the device is properly connected to the PC.
Ensure that the computer’s USB port is active. Try another USB port if one is available.
Ensure that you are using compatible software. Once the Pen Display is recognized as a monitor in the operating system and the mouse can be moved with the pen, the device has been fully installed. For use with third-party software, please contact the software vendor.
